History And Background

Demazong Enterprises is structured to effectively manage and deliver high-quality solar energy solutions while ensuring smooth operational efficiency. Our organizational structure is designed to facilitate clear communication, effective project management, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The key roles and departments are as follows:

Registered with the District Industry Centre Leh and holding various licenses, including a trade license under No. 701/MCL/2016, our company has established a strong foundation in the local renewable energy sector. Our founder, Mr. Konchok Tharchin, brings seven years of hands-on experience in non-conventional energy and has been integral in driving the company’s growth and success. As we continue to grow, our commitment to supporting Ladakh’s carbon neutrality goals remains at the core of our operations.

  • Proprietor:
    • Mr. Konchok Tharchin - As the sole proprietor, Mr. Tharchin oversees all aspects of the company’s operations. He is responsible for strategic planning, project progress, resource mobilization, finance management, and customer interface. His hands-on approach ensures that all projects align with the company's mission and quality standards.

  • Project Manager:
    • Jigmet Dadul - With a background in journalism and over ten years of experience managing projects in NGOs, Jigmet Dadul handles project planning, execution, and documentation. His role includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of projects and ensuring they meet deadlines and quality requirements.

  • Technical and Operations Team:
    • Lobzang Stantak - A graduate with around eight years of experience in power project implementation, Lobzang is responsible for the execution of civil work, foundation work for sub-stations, and transmission tower foundations. His expertise ensures the technical aspects of projects are executed efficiently.
    • Tsetan Gyatso - With seven years of experience in supervising solar projects, Tsetan manages the installation and maintenance of solar steam cooking systems and solar water heating systems. His role includes coordinating with LREDA and KREDA for project execution and compliance with standards.
  • Support Staff:
    • Our support staff includes professionals who assist with administrative tasks, customer service, and logistical support. They play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the company.
